1. Account creation

A Buronia user account is created when you start an application from a benefit page and verify your email by clicking the link we send you. We collect, at minimum, your name and email. You may optionally provide a phone number (used only if you opt in to WhatsApp support) and the address that will appear on your draft application letter. Until you verify the email, your data sits in a temporary pending-application record that is automatically deleted after 30 days if not verified. After verification your account is governed by our privacy policy.

Address autocomplete on landing pages is powered by Google Maps Places API. While you are typing in the address field, your keystrokes are sent to Google so it can suggest matching real addresses. We disclose this in our privacy policy. If you do not want this, type your address manually — clicking outside the field skips Google entirely.

2. What you're paying for

Pricing varies by benefit complexity, starting from €19. The price is shown on every benefit page before you start. The price buys you a complete, Buronia-prepared application letter in your chosen language, a checklist of supporting documents, and 7 days of edits/regenerations. You are not paying for access to the form itself — every benefit on Buronia can be applied for free of charge directly with the official authority, and we link you to that authority on every page.

2. What Buronia is not

Buronia is a private company operating an AI drafting tool. We are not a government agency, not affiliated with any government, and not endorsed by any authority. Using Buronia is voluntary.

3. Refunds

If your draft is incomplete, factually broken, or unusable for the stated benefit, we refund within 14 days, no questions asked. Email hello@buronia.com with your draft id.

4. Decisions are not ours to make

Whether your benefit application is approved is decided by the relevant authority on the basis of their own assessment of your situation. We make no representation about approval probability, timeline, or final amount granted.

5. Accuracy

Benefit thresholds, application URLs and authority addresses are drawn from official published sources and refreshed periodically. Authorities can change these without notice. Always verify against the official source we link to before submitting.

6. Governing law

Delaware, United States — for the company. Mandatory consumer- protection rights of the user's country of residence apply where they are more favourable to the consumer (UCPD Art. 6 transposition in EU member states).

Private Buronia help — not a government service. Buronia is a private company helping people draft benefit applications. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operating on behalf of any government, ministry, or public authority. The official application must be submitted by you to the relevant authority. Use of our service is optional — every benefit listed can be applied for free of charge directly with the authority.
