Family card
Plastic SADM family card giving discounts on public transport, in cultural institutions and shops to families with many children and to families with a disability.
Start application →The family card is not a cash benefit but a loyalty-programme-type document granting discounts. It is intended for <strong>families with many children (3+ children under 18)</strong>, families with a disabled child, families where an adult member has a severe disability, and on-call foster carers. It provides discounts on city transport (in Vilnius — free), in cultural institutions, in some private shops and at sports clubs. Hotels and restaurants take part voluntarily. Eligibility
The family card is available if:
- The family is raising 3 or more children under 18 (or up to age 24 if studying)
- OR there is a disabled child in the family
- OR an adult in the family has a severe (0–25% work capacity) disability
- OR you are an on-call foster carer / foster family
- The applicant has their declared place of residence in Lithuania
